In this ever changing world we live in, news is old news by the time it is printed. Furthermore you may be pressed for time and only read the news in between the lines. Also, being French and living in Australia I like to know what is happening around me here yet staying in touch with what is happening in France too. Thanks to a post found on Loic Lemeur’s web site (or Bloic as he is better known) I came across this really cool news aggregator. It is called Newsmap. The author says that ‘Newsmap is an application that visually reflects the constantly changing landscape of the Google News news aggregator.’ Headlines are category coded (red=world news, blue=business news, etc…) and sources from several countries are available. Highly recommended!
