Pixar – 20 years of animation at the ACMI

Posted on July 7, 2007 | Category: oz life

The ACMI here in Melbourne is currently hosting an exhibition titled pixar: 20 years of animation. It’s an exhibition that gives you an insight into the creative process used by pixar to bring characters to life (pixar is the company that brought you animated movies like Monsters Inc., The Incredibles, Cars, Finding Nemo…and the much awaited Ratatouille). The exhibiton has over 500 sketches, paintings, sculptures and storyboards on display. It’s a nice exhibition worth while seeing but at $15, it’s a bit steep.
